Mirimiri and Romiromi is traditional Māori bodywork and healing. Treatment includes body alignment, deep tissue work and release of stress and tension by applying pressure to specific points on the body.

If you suffer from any health issues, pain, stress, anxiety, injuries, tension, blockages, emotional/spiritual imbalance or misalignment come along and we will be happy to mahi with you.

Our intention is create and support health and wellbeing in our community, to promote our traditional practices as a viable and effective treatment option.

Many of our whānau suffer from ongoing pain (requiring longterm medication /painkillers) and health conditions that we regard as highly treatable outside of the mainstream healthcare system.

This is a new group of practitioners, based in Palmerston North and Wellington, working under the guidance of experienced Kaimirimiri, with a view to hold regular clinic days supporting wellness in the community.

Sessions will be short (approx 20-30mins).
